Sales Assistant

Location: Bratislava, Slovak Republic

Job Description:

We are looking for a colleague who will support our VP of Sales & Marketing, and cooperate with our young and dynamic sales team.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • CRM+ERP administrator (administering price lists, prioritizing orders, etc.), issues detection and problem solving in cooperation with an outsourced company
  • “Scanner librarian” – Keeping control over database and documents related to movement of leased scanners
  • Preparing reports
  • Preparing and updating presentations
  • Communication with clients and internal departments
  • Administration of certification process for our products
  • Ad hoc administrative sales- and marketing-related support

Requirements:

  • English – upper-intermediate, German language is an advantage
  • Excel – advanced/ expert, PowerPoint – advanced
  • University education
  • Reliability, punctuality, sense of responsibility
  • Very good communication skills
  • Similar past professional experience preferred
