Core responsibilities:
– Measure, analyze, improve and evaluate Marketing performance
– Measure, analyze, improve and evaluate Sales performance
– Link Sales & Marketing stronger
– Find, coach, develop, retain, train and top-grade talent
– Optimize hunter spirit of direct and indirect Sales Managers to maximize orders
– Provide focus to lead-customers, regions, target segments
– Establish KPIs and processes and optimize systems around the CRM (HubSpot)
– Evaluate funnel and drive conversion of sales opportunities and grow profitability
– Continue the roll out and perfection of Channel Partner Certification
– Increase partner compliance with Photoneo’s needs and their satisfaction/loyalty
– Coach the Marketing Director to develop all aspects of brand, product and PR communication in cooperation with product management, to maximize the quality of leads, based on an annual MarCom plan
– Improve market position with respect to customer experience measured by NPS and brand awareness
– Primary: Customer Experience Team, Support, Product Management, Business Development, Regional Office (USA, China, etc.)
– Secondary: HR, F&A, R&D, Operations, Aftermarket
