Forecast and exceed order intake monthly, annually and long term, through customer awareness, lead generation, direct and indirect salesforce activities and personal management of anchor-customers.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor people by living the Photoneo values and culture
  • Facilitate growth – deliver Leads, close Orders, generate profitable Revenue
  • Develop and document the Sales & Marketing strategy, aligned with overall strategy
  • Establish a new documented Go-to-Market strategy

– Measure, analyze, improve and evaluate Marketing performance
– Measure, analyze, improve and evaluate Sales performance
– Link Sales & Marketing stronger

  • Lead and supervise the teams of Sales and Marketing Directors

– Find, coach, develop, retain, train and top-grade talent
– Optimize hunter spirit of direct and indirect Sales Managers to maximize orders
– Provide focus to lead-customers, regions, target segments
– Establish KPIs and processes and optimize systems around the CRM (HubSpot)
– Evaluate funnel and drive conversion of sales opportunities and grow profitability
– Continue the roll out and perfection of Channel Partner Certification
– Increase partner compliance with Photoneo’s needs and their satisfaction/loyalty
– Coach the Marketing Director to develop all aspects of brand, product and PR communication in cooperation with product management, to maximize the quality of leads, based on an annual MarCom plan
– Improve market position with respect to customer experience measured by NPS and brand awareness

  • Liaise with other departments and ensure your team works in synch with

– Primary: Customer Experience Team, Support, Product Management, Business Development, Regional Office (USA, China, etc.)
– Secondary: HR, F&A, R&D, Operations, Aftermarket

  • Provide and meet forecasts reliably based on traceable CRM data/opportunities
  • Participate in executive meetings and update about order progress/estimations
  • Oversee the market share and competitive analysis activities
  • Developing the Photoneo brand in the long term

Mandatory experience:

  • Documented experience in successfully leading and growing a Global Sales Organization in the technology sector (10+years success track record & references)
  • Direct Sales experience as individual contributor (5+ years)
  • Marketing experience as individual contributor or manager
  • Technical education on BSc Level (PhD is a plus)
  • Speaks English AND one other major European language fluently (Slovak is an advantage)
  • EU work permit available

  • Employment at Photoneo s.r.o. in Bratislava, with 1 day per week in Home-office possible
  • Willingness to spend 40% of time in Photoneo HQ Offices in Bratislava
  • Passion to travel internationally (40% of time) and build new relationships with focus on North America, Western Europe, Japan, Korea, China, Australia
