Development Project Coordinator / About position

“We are looking for a new colleague to work with us on the best robotic eye in the world. What is a robotic eye? In our case, a robotic eye is a 3D camera capable of scanning 3D space. The output from the 3D camera is a 3D point cloud which is often used to see objects and to navigate robots. You should also know that you will be working on one of the best robotic eyes in the world as our 3D scanners and 3D cameras won multiple prestigious awards.”

Your daily tasks will be to:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for a flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
• Assist team leaders and product owners in the definition of project scope and objectives with regards to ongoing activities and available resources
• Create project plans, track, and measure the progress, performance, and costs of the projects on a regular basis
• Facilitate and document the communication between all stakeholders, plan and lead meetings
• Design a risk mitigation plan
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Conduct project reviews and create regular reports for executive staff and project sponsors
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Apply appropriate project management tools and methods
• Foster a culture based on accountability
