Electronics Engineer / About position

“Photoneo is looking for a new colleague to work with us on the best robotic “eye” in the world. What is a robotic eye? In our case, a robotic eye is a 3D camera capable of scanning 3D space. The output from the 3D camera is a 3D point cloud which is often used for object recognition and robot navigation.”

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Designing and testing of new electrical circuits
  • Negotiation with suppliers of electrical circuits
  • Making and testing new prototypes 
  • Learning and understanding new subjects
  • Close cooperation with multiple teams and experts from Photoneo

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary with school-leaving examination
  • Follow-up/Higher professional education
  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate)
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)
  • Experience with technical and mechanical design, optics, lasers, and automation is of advantage

Salary

1.600 € gross and more according to experience

Tvojou náplňou práce bude:

  • Návrh a testovanie elektrických obvodov
  •  Vyjednávanie s dodávateľmi ohľadom podmienok výroby elektrických obvodov
  • Vyrábanie a testovanie nových prototypov
  • Úzka spolupráca s rôznymi tímami a odborníkmi z Photonea

Čo treba vedieť

  • Vzdelanie: stredoškolské s maturitou
  • Vzdelanie: vysokoškolské I. stupňa
  • Vzdelanie: vysokoškolské II. stupňa

  • Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)
  • Presah do mechanického dizajnu, optiky, laserov alebo skúsenosti s priemyselnými zariadeniami sú výhodou
