The primary objective of the role is to take ownership of IT infrastructure dedicated to automated warehouses at customer sites. To be part of the integration team during project engineering and its deployment as well as to cover smooth operations during the project livecycle. You will be part of the Project delivery team deploying automated warehouses using advanced mobile robotics and AI in the EU and US. You will closely cooperate with project engineers and the DevOps team.
Core responsibilities
- Responsibility for integration support and consulting for our partners
- Configuration and administration of IT infrastructure remotely on client premises
- Analyses and isolation of problems, troubleshooting
- Management of IT knowledgebase
- Configuration management
- Create and maintain relevant documentation between parties
- Close cooperation with project management teams
- Coordination and execution of integration with customer
Requirements
- General knowledge of IT in domain of system administration, databases, network, wifi, security and HA deployments)
- Expeciance with setup, administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and its IP services (DHCP, DNS, Firewall and basic routing)
- At least 3 years of experience with IT infrastructure in roles of application engineer or system administrator, IT operations manager/specialist
- Fluently speaking in English language
