Senior HR Service Partner/Consultant

An Experienced HR Service Partner delivers value to the people and business within Photoneo’s two business units – Photoneo and BRIGHTPICK. The right candidate will cooperate on the strategy and drive the execution of expansion in both Slovak and international markets and mentor the existing team.

We demand a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and prioritization skills, and orientation to detail. We seek a person with knowledge of Slovak laws and regulations. Experience with employment matters in foreign markets is a strong advantage.

In this role, you will:

* Drive the expansion of Photoneo and BRIGHTPICK into international markets: finding advisors and high level assessment of the legal and regulatory requirements, high-level assessment of the financial impact with our finance department

* Be responsible for legal compliance and HR administrative service excellence connected with the entire employee lifecycle for international market

* Prepare, process, and review standardized documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records, visa applications, for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards

* Revise and comment on company’s internal policies, processes, and systems and propose changes if required by local / international government regulations or when practicable

* Manage contracts with suppliers for international activities

* Be a touchpoint to the management when it comes to new needs of business, collect the needs and requirements, establish a backlog of activities and deliver solutions in a timely manner

* Identify and develop opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure efficiency and scalability

* Provide training, mentoring and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to team members

* May take part, drive or grow himself/herself in other projects (e.g. compensation, employee benefits, process optimization and integration etc.)

Requirements and skills

* 4+ years experience as a senior HR specialist in a large corporation, HR consultant, or HR manager in small/medium company

* Labor Law knowledge and experience is mandatory (Employment law, BOZP, OPP, GDPR etc.) for the Slovak republic. Knowledge of other European countries is a strong advantage.

* Experience with an international environment managing multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Experience with assessing the financial impact is a plus

* Excellent communication skills with service orientation, including fluent English and Slovak, as this person will communicate to different stakeholders including our offices abroad, international supplier and authorities

* Situational adaptability and ability to learn quickly is essential

* A bold personality that provides honest feedback and opinion in a constructive way

* IT affinity and openness to use smart solutions given the resources available is a plus
