Senior HR Service Partner / About position

Our HR team is looking for an experienced HR Service Partner who would like to join our high-tech company and participate in a smooth operation of our HR department.”

Job description, responsibilities, and duties:

  • Drive the approach and execution of HR administrative tasks connected with the entire employee lifecycle for the international market
  • Monitor and assess the performance and quality of various HR services from an employee perspective and ensure that HR provides transparent, easy, and timely services to our employees
  • Improve operational quality by identifying standardization opportunities and proposing innovative solutions in order to support Photoneo employees better and more efficiently
  • Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards
  • Write drafts and final versions of a variety of documents
  • Be responsible for a timely review, modification, and implementation of local HR policies and procedures and ensure that these are in line with local/international government regulations
  • Assist in administering employees benefit programs and activities
  • Maintain department supplies and process invoices for payment
  • Communicate with employees and provide guidance and answers to common HR questions
  • Makes regular checks of employee records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Be involved in HR projects

Requirements

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • English - Advanced (C1)
  • Number of years of experience as an HR senior in a large corporation: 4
  • Multi-union/International environment managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Position is suitable for English native speakers / Slovak language is of advantage but is not required
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze problems
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions, assess consequences of proposed actions, choose the most appropriate solution, and implement it successfully
  • Labor Law Skills

Salary

2.000 € gross and more according to experience
