Channel Partner Manager

Job description:

Reports to: VP of Sales and Marketing

Supervises: no one

Are you a talented, energetic sales person who is passionate about 3D Vision and robotics, excels at building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment?

You will shape channel development strategies, including defining how Photoneo can position itself to expand business development opportunities and channel partnerships. You will be responsible for achieving sales as well as partner engagement. You will seek, qualify, train and manage partners network to become consistent revenue producers for Photoneo.

Purpose and goal of the position:

  • Manage channel sales distributors and partners to perform at an agreed level
  • Coach and educate distribution partners
  • Set-up yearly targets
  • Perform regular bi-weekly status calls with partners
  • Attend sales calls with end users to qualify and present Photoneo solutions in given geographical regions
  • Attend main exhibition and trade shows in partners regions
  • Collaborate with partners companies to qualify and strategize on prospective Photoneo sales opportunities
  • Interface with multiple departments to ensure delivery of products on time

Core responsibilities:

  • Build awareness and increase adoption of Photoneo technologies
  • Assist the partner field sales teams in identifying and closing joint business opportunities
  • Identify potential clients in partners regions
  • Accurately forecast your business to the management
  • Work closely with partner sales team and marketing to develop an outstanding partnership and go-to-market strategies, resulting in sales

Requirements:

  • English – upper-intermediate (active daily use, fluent speaker, experience with writing in English is required)
  • University education – technical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel – building effective partner relationships
  • 2+ years of sales in high tech industry with strong technical capability/computer savviness
  • Minimum 2 years of channel, sales or business development experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Creative and strategic thinking with good business sense
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
