Job description:

Photoneo is a company developing state-of-the-art technologies and products in machine vision, robotics and AI industries. Our growing team is looking for an experienced HR Admin to support our HR Manager.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal databases
  • Assisting with compensation and benefits agenda
  • Ensuring employees safety and wellness
  • Preparation of HR documents (employment contracts)
  • Communication with external partners like insurance vendors
  • Ensuring legal compliance of our HR policy with relevant legislation
  • Assisting external payroll companies – providing employee information (sick-leaves, holidays, sick-days,…)
  • Arranging business trips – accommodation, expense forms
  • Active participation in HR projects


  • MS Office – advanced
  • English language – B2 is a minimum
  • Labour law – advanced
  • Ability and willingness to learn new things
