Junior Support Analyst

Location: Bratislava, Slovak Republic

Job description:

Photoneo cares about our customers and want to establish a responsive and reliable team to address every customer query. We will train you to the level of an advanced user of our hardware and software. You will be responsible for receiving customer queries, leading to a quick and complete resolution to maintain high level of satisfaction with our hardware and software products.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring support mailbox
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Involving Photoneo software engineers to participate on resolution
  • Categorization of customer queries for further analyses
  • Translating repetitive customer issues to further software improvements
  • Updating customer on the progress of resolution
  • Tracking support team SLA
  • Remote assistance


  • Ability to learn new things
  • Communicative
  • Written and spoken English (B2 is a minimum)
  • Bachelor degree
  • Analytical thinking
  • Goal orientation, willing to investigate, troubleshoot and drive the solution of found issues in the software system
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with a support role is an advantage
