Junior Support Analyst

Location: Bratislava, Slovak Republic

Job description:

Photoneo cares about customers and wants to expand its responsive and reliable team to address every customer query properly. We will train you to the level of an advanced user of our hardware and software. You will be responsible for receiving customer queries, leading to a quick and complete resolution to maintain high level of satisfaction with our hardware and software products.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring our support mailbox
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Engaging Photoneo software engineers in resolving issues
  • Categorization of customer queries for further analyses
  • Turning repetitive customer issues into software improvements
  • Updating customers on the progress of resolution
  • Tracking support team SLAs
  • Remote assistance


  • Written and spoken English (B2 is a minimum)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to learn new things
  • Analytical thinking
  • Goal orientation, willingness to investigate, troubleshoot and drive the solution of issues detected in software
  • Ability to meet deadlines, good communication skills
  • Experience with a support role is an advantage
