The new HALCON driver 1.2.14 for PhoXi 3D Scanners is available from February 2020.

It is built with PhoXi API 1.2.14 and compatible with HALCON 12, 13, 18 and 19.

The main changes are:

• New functionalities introduced in PhoXi Control 1.2 are now available in the HALCON interface  
• Changed interface versioning to correspond with PhoXi API version
• New HDevelop, C++ and C# examples
• Added logging and throwing exceptions on errors
• Extended documentation

How to get the new version

Installers of HALCON drivers compatible with HALCON 12, 13, 18 and 19 for Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16 are available at www.photoneo.com/3d-scanning-software. 

For the newest HALCON driver, PhoXi Control 1.2.14 is required. It is available at www.photoneo.com/3d-scanning-software.

Updating the interface

Updating the interface to the newest version only requires the installation of PhoXi Control 1.2.14 and the new Photoneo HALCON Interface. No other steps are necessary.
